KATSINA, October 10, 2023 - The Women Affairs Commissioner, Haj. Zainab Musawa, and Governor of Katsina, Mal. Dikko Umar Radda PhD, came together for a momentous event at the Mahummadu Dikko Stadium in Katsina. This event marked the unveiling of the 1466-strong 'Katsina Community Watch Corps,' where 700 Boxers and 64 Toyota Hilux vehicles were distributed.
